Yes, we have a pick up location in Toronto, Ontario. Simply chose the pick up option at checkout.
Shipping is calculated for you at check out based on the size of the order and the destination. We give you a variety of options and carriers for you to chose from.
If you need to change or cancel your order you can call in or email us info@theragfactory.ca and one of our customer service reps will be happy to help.
Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that will include your tracking number from the carrier you chose at checkout time

Supply chain issues have become increasing more common. In spite of our best efforts from time to time we may be out of stock on an item or it is backordered from the manufacturer. You can contact us anytime for an order status update.
