Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! We are a proudly Canadian company and ship country wide as well as into the U.S.A.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, we have a pick up location in Toronto, Ontario. Simply chose the pick up option at checkout.
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated for you at checkout based on the size of the order and the destination. We give you a variety of options and carriers for you to chose from.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order you can call in or email us firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our customer service reps will be happy to help.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that will include your tracking number from the carrier you chose at checkout time
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email.
Check your spam email. Sometimes it can end up there. Make sure to add our email to your safe senders list to receive any further communications from us.
Do you offer bulk order pricing and shipping options?

My order has not shipped after 3-4 days. Why is there a delay?
Supply chain issues have become increasing more common. In spite of our best efforts from time to time we may be out of stock on an item or it is backordered from the manufacturer. You can contact us anytime for an order status update.
